How many different types of repairs can customers receive? Is it limited to one type of repair per service?
Each Halo Auto Care membership plan offers unlimited repairs within the eligible repairs schedule for that specific plan. Repairs cost $50 each, regardless of the type. Customers can schedule multiple eligible repairs at the same time, but each repair incurs a separate $50 charge. For example, if a customer needs two separate scratches repaired and a cosmetic wheel scrape fixed, the total cost would be $150 for the three repairs.
What types of interior repairs are covered by Halo Auto Care membership?
The Gold and Platinum Halo membership plans cover repairing single tears up to 80mm x 5mm in leather or vinyl seats and armrests, as well as professional stain removal and cleaning for all upholstery.
How long do repairs typically take?
The duration of each repair can vary depending on its nature and complexity. However, in most cases, our skilled technicians typically spend about 2-3 hours on-site to complete a repair. This timeframe ensures thorough and high-quality work while minimising inconvenience to our customers.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with a repair?
If you believe a repair is defective due to Halo Auto Care’s workmanship, you should notify us in writing within 7 days of the repair completion. We may then choose to re-do the repair or provide a refund.
How often can I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership for a total term of up to 5 years from the original commencement date.
