Halo Auto Care membership covers repairs for minor dents, scratches, chips and tears including:

- Surface clear coat scratches
- Pressure dents
- Alloy wheel scratches
- Mirror casing scratches
- Body and windscreen stone chips
- Single interior tear
How much does each eligible repair cost with a Halo membership?
Eligible cosmetic repairs like wheels, tyres, dents, scratches, chips, and interior tears costs no more than $50*, but there are some exclusions and limitations specified for each repair type:
- Bumper bar repairs exclude textured plastic and metal bumpers, as well as structural damage
- Dent and scratch repairs on metal panels exclude damage over 60mm, on non-vertical panels, or across multiple panels
- Wheel repairs exclude damage compromising the wheel’s integrity or to pin-striped areas
- Interior repairs only cover single tears up to 80mm x 5mm on seats/armrests
- Windscreen repairs have limits based on chip size and location.
How do I request a repair through the Halo Auto Care app?
- Open the app and select the type of repair needed from the list of covered repairs
- Upload photos showing the damage
- Choose an available appointment time and location
- A technician will come to you for the on-site repair
