Halo Auto Care membership looks after your vehicle through S.M.A.R.T. repairs – also known as Small to Medium Area Repair Technology). This set of techniques fix minor damages on cars quickly and efficiently, without compromising the paintwork.
Our S.M.A.R.T. repairs include:
Repairing small scratches and scuffs on your car’s paintwork. For this we use sanding, filling, and repainting the damaged area to match the car’s colour.
We use techniques like paintless dent removal (PDR) to remove small dents and dings without the need for repainting.
This repairs damage to alloy wheels including curb damage, scratches, and scuffs on alloy wheels. Our process includes sanding down the damaged area, filling it, then repainting to match the original finish.
This uses specialised tools and materials to repair minor dents, scratches, and scuffs on plastic bumpers.
We also fix minor damage to the car’s interior, such as damaged trim, tears or burns in the upholstery, or dashboard scratches.
• You can schedule multiple eligible repairs at the same time, but each repair will be charged separately at $50 each.
• During the initial payment period (from the commencement date until you’ve paid the full membership fee), you are limited to two repair requests.
• For members on Wheel & Tyre plan, there is a limit of up to 2 tyre replacements per year and up to $3000 per year for wheel repair or replacement.
Halo Auto Care offers membership plans valid for 3, 4, or 5 years from the date of purchase. These multi-year plans provide long-term coverage for your vehicle’s cosmetic repair needs, which can then be renewed after expiration.
To book a repair through the Halo Auto Care app, simply select your plan, provide photos of the damage, and choose a convenient time for your technician to come to you. The app allows for seamless communication with your technician and keeps you updated on your membership status.
